| It bears stressing that Ed Henderson was only nine years old and in Grade III when he was kidnapped. In People vs. Bisda, et al.,[68] the kidnap victim Angela was barely six years old when she testified. We held that, considering her tender years, innocent and guileless, it is incredible that she would testify falsely that the appellants took her from the school through threats and detained her in the "dirty house" for five days. Thus, testimonies of child victims are given full weight and credit. | |||||
