Before the Court is a petition for review assailing the 29 June 2001 Decision[1] and 20 February 2002 Resolution[2] of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 51160.  The Court of Appeals set aside the Decision of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) which sustained the Labor Arbiter's Decision holding Digital Telecommunications Philippines, Inc. (DIGITEL) jointly and severally liable with Balagtas Telephone Company (BALTEL) and its proprietor Domingo de Asis.[3]
