| In due time, CDCP/PNCC filed with the trial court an appeal from said decision to the Court of Appeals.[7] On October 17, 1996, the Court of Appeals rendered decision affirming the decision of the trial court. On March 19, 1997, the Supreme Court, by a minute resolution denied the petition for review filed by CDCP/PNCC.[8] On July 7, 1997, the Supreme Court denied CDCP/PNCC's motion for reconsideration of the minute resolution.[9] | |||||
