| We resolve the Rule 45 petition filed by Eureka Personnel and Management Services, Inc. (Eureka) to challenge the Court of Appeals (CA) decision[1] and resolution[2] in CA-G.R. SP No. 61553. The appellate court upheld the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC)'s decision dismissing Eureka's appeal for having been filed out of time.[3] | |||||
