From the consistent and credible evidence of the defense, we find that the scales have to be tipped again, if not in favor of the appellant, then to balance the scales and to reaffirm the precept that when inculpatory facts and circumstances are capable of two or more explanations, one consistent with innocence and the other with guilt, such evidence would not meet the test of moral certainty and would not support a conviction.[44]
