| On June 29, 1993, complainant filed a Motion for Execution[4] of the judgment based on the compromise agreement for failure of respondents therein to comply with the terms of the same. The motion was granted and the corresponding writ was issued.[5] Respondents therein moved to set aside the writ,[6] but the trial court denied the motion in an Order dated July 23, 1993.[7] Respondents therein filed a Motion for Reconsideration[8] which was granted by the trial court in an Order dated February 21, 1994.[9] A Petition for Certiorari and Mandamus was filed by the complainant with the Court of Appeals, docketed as CA-G.R.
