The instant Petition for Review on Certiorari seeks a review of the July 15, 1996 Decision of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CV No. 34715,[1] which affirmed the August 21, 1991 Decision of the Regional Trial Court of Kalibo, Aklan, Branch 8,[2] dismissing petitioner's Complaint for Quieting of Title. Also sought to be reviewed is respondent Court's November 20, 1997 Resolution[3] denying petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration.
